Time Period: Future
God (Worshiped): None
Name: Melody Copia
Gender: Female
Sexual Orientation: Straight
Age: 19
Race: Human
Alignment: Neutral-Good
Weapons/Equipment: None
Abilities/Special Powers:
- Mind reading powers: In general, she can hear your base-thoughts as though you just said them aloud. She must focus to hit your actually memory. She can’t stop this at all.
- Mental shock: A telekinetic mind wave attack that hits the person’s thoughts. Getting hit with it produces a sudden and strong headache. It’s not a power intended to damage with; it’s used more to make the enemy unfocused and disoriented so others will have an easier time.
Class/Job: Princess
Description: crazytankxd.deviantart.com/gallery/#/d4nnwha
Personality: Melody exploits her mind-reading to full effect to get her way. Often she sees herself as superior due to this. She isn’t arrogant though; in fact, she is caring and intelligent and generally won’t reveal thoughts people want kept private (unless those private thoughts involve malicious ideas). Minor base thoughts are another story though. She also has a huge sense of humor and is fond of messing with people using her mind-reading.
History: The queen-to-be of the Copia nation, a neutral land (which in Volleforta is rare as four-leaf clovers). Her father and Chibi’s were great friends and the two girls became equally fast friends. However, at age 14, her mother contracted a disease. The doctors said her ultimate fate was uncertain. One day, Melody was talking with her mother when she said that she needed rest and Melody should leave. She did, reluctantly. However, she returned an hour later, only to find her mom had died. This devastated her, feeling she could have helped her. However, she started to cope, yet she refused to sleep alone (often getting palace guards to stay in the room with her) for fear she’d die in the same way. Her mother’s passing marked the end of her friendship with Chibi, as she had to be ready to succeed the throne. Despite the kingdom’s neutrality, she is willing to support Stern and friends, using her mind-reading to get info for them, break apart battle tactics, or to sense hidden troops.
