Jade looked at him. "It's alright. I have never heard of you before. I guess things just don't circulate like they used to." Jade looked away. She was blushing. "So, this war, who do you think will really win?"

"Indeed." Lyns said in confirmation. "Truthfully, this war could go either way. But as Lord Buumi has instructed those of us who are higher in the ranks to say, 'this victory is assured to our side.' He has insturcted us to say that in order to keep our troops hopeful." Lyns made a chair out of ice and sat down. "Can I offer you a seat?"

Jade looked around. "Sure, I have no home I need to be at and no place of which to work." Jade sighed. "So, is this place your training ground? Not that I care too much."

Lyns made another seat of ice for Jade. Despite what it was made of, it was not cold. "Yes in a way. This section I have reserved to teach any that join our side how to deal with combat in frozen environments." Lyns looked Jade over more carefully. "If you are looking for employment, the Crystaline's pay well for assistance in the war."

Jade looked at Lyns. "Aw, that means I actually have to work." Jade smirked. "I guess I will help, though I may be a threat during full moons..." She sat down in the chair, expecting cold, but was pleasantly surprised.

"Full moons may not be a problem. Our enemy is one of Darkness, so that means that they are more than likely going to attack more so in the night than the day. Your lycanthropey may be a valuable asset in this war." Lyns pulled his sword our of its scabbard and looked the blade over of any nitches in it from his training. "The work would be more of an 'on call' kind of thing for a soldier."

Jade smirked. "You don't understand. I can't control myself then. The only way I could help was if you sat me down in a crowd of enemy soldiers and hope that I did not die. A very likely chance if they are well trained and attack as a unit instead of a mass mob." Jade sat back in her chair, looking at his sword. "Why does that have notches in it?"

"A swordsman leaves the notches in his blade to show the battles he has fought, whether he has lost or won. These help to teach us about our battles and how to better improve ourselves." Lyns placed his sword back into its scabbard. "I could be with you during the battles. I have faced a Lycan before and if you act like some of the others, your battle instinct will only 'target' those that are possing a direct threat to you."

Jade looked at him. "I can't remember anything, but I have awoken with many a bloody babe beneathe me. I do go blood-thirsty." Jade smirked. She began cutting herself. "Besides, who cares if I die in battle, anyways?"

"Your allies would care if you died in battle. A true warrior does not forget those whom have died by his side." Lyns looked away. "Or under his command." He turned back towards Jade. "This maybe a strange question, but have you ever seen a man that looked to be in his late 20's with hair that was blue like mine, only longer and hanging free?"

Jade thought a bit. "I might have... he may have came into the bar... I don't know. What's his name? That can really help." Jade held her wrist until she stopped bleeding.

"I wish I knew myself. I believe he is my father, and I've been searching for him for some time now. That is one of the reasons I left Ayuthay, to find him. No one else in my village has the same powers over water and ice like I do, so my uncle revealed to me that it was this man whom my powers came from, not my mother like I had been told before." Lyns stood up, his chair melting as he left it. "It is not important right now. I do, however, have another question for you." He pulled his sword out, "Would you care to train?"

Jade shrugged. "I'm not the best fighter." She grew her claws out to the length of swords. She yawned. "I suppose we can try. I warn you, I do enjoy getting hurt."

Lyns smiled and made a quick movement with his sword. "En gaurde." He said as he prepared himself in a fighting position. He pointed his hand towards Jade. "Mega Cool." Ice spikes began to travel across the ground from infront of Lyns. Each spike was easily as thick as a watermelon.

Jade began forcing a will to not fight on him. She was forcing it strongly, while dodging. She sighed, breaking one off and throwing it back at him. Jade sighed, easily depressed by this. She forced it more.
